We currently have an amazing opportunity for our 8th team member at Megan Imel State Farm Agency. We are specifically seeking someone who understands the importance of paying attention to detail and delivering tailored coverage to meet customer needs. Role: Insurance Account Manager

Where: REMOTE

What You'll Do: 

  • Be a lead generation superstar and join The Good Neighbors! We provide data list leads, we have thousands of in-book customer opportunities and tens of thousands of requotes all ready for you to call on. We pay for your leads, you focus on closing deals! 
  • Showcase your exceptional scheduling skills by setting up phone calls and virtual meetings to present new quotes and review existing clients. 
  • Dive deep with in depth conversations and questions for understanding customer needs and create personalized risk management plans for both new and existing customers.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with existing customers, becoming their go-to person for all insurance needs.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service that sets us apart. We pride ourselves on a 24 hour turn around time on all service and quote requests.
  • Bring your A-game every day with a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to success.
  • Embrace the entrepreneurial spirit and develop the skills to run independently at your goals. 



What We're Looking For:

  • Life, Health, Property & Casualty License in Kentucky (We'll also help you get licensed in other states!)
  • 3-4 years of insurance experience, selling P&C and life insurance products 
  • Strong hustle and organizational skills – we are a fast-paced environment with high goals
  • Passion for teamwork and building connections with team members, even if virtual
  • Exceptional superpower level problem-solving abilities
  • Self-starter mentality – as a remote worker we need to trust that you are meeting goals and on pace
  • Excellent communication skills across phone, email, teams video chat and text
  • Positive attitude that radiates positivity – no Debbie Downers here

Job Type: Full-time Salary $35,000 + Commission                  

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
